Who we are

This website is operated by Freemansland Holdings Pte Ltd ("we", "us"), which owns Shomer. We are responsible for personal data collected through this website under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What this notice covers

This notice covers personal data you give us through this website when the online pilot form is enabled, and basic technical information about visits.

It does not cover data processed inside the Shomer platform for a customer. When we run Shomer for a customer, we process that data on the customer's instructions under a separate written agreement, and the customer's own notices to its staff apply.

What we collect

When the online pilot form is enabled and you use it, we collect:

• your name
• your work email address
• your company
• your role
• the size band of your organisation
• the finance approval question you would start with, and any description you add
• anything you choose to tell us about what is prompting your enquiry
• your consent, and the date and time you gave it

We don't ask for your phone number, and we ask you not to include sensitive personal data in the free-text fields.

Technical information

Our service providers may receive limited technical information needed to keep the website secure, available and working. We use that information only for those purposes and manage it under our service arrangements.

Analytics

We use privacy-conscious aggregate analytics to understand visits and page use. We do not use advertising cookies or use this website to follow visitors across other websites.

Why we use it

We use your details to:

• reply to your enquiry
• arrange and hold a scoping call
• prepare and send a pilot scope
• keep a record of our conversations with your organisation

We don't use your details for marketing unless you separately agree, and we never sell them.

Consent and withdrawing it

When the online form is enabled, we rely on the consent you give when you tick its consent box. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting our data protection contact below. If you do, we will stop using your details for the purposes above, and we will tell you if withdrawing affects anything we are doing for you.

Who we share it with

We share your details only with service providers who help us run this website, communicate with you and maintain our business records. They may use your details only to provide their services to us.

We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it.

Transfers outside Singapore

Some of our service providers may store or process data outside Singapore. Where they do, we take steps to make sure your data is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to respond, scope an approval-controls pilot and, if we work together, manage that relationship. If we don't go ahead, we delete them within 12 months of our last contact, or sooner if you ask.

How we protect it

We use reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, changes or disposal, and we limit access to the people who need it.

Access and correction

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, how it has been used or disclosed in the past year, and to correct anything that is wrong. Contact our data protection contact below. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can and within the time the PDPA allows.
